Eloisa Cristiani a Lecce il 15 e 16 novembre per parlare dei rapporti tra diritto agrario e diritto ambientale
Eloisa Cristiani, docente di Diritto Agrario dell'Istituto Dirpolis della Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, parteciperà il 15 e 16 novembre 2013 a Lecce al Convegno internazionale Agroecology and law: a transdisciplinary dialogue", organizzato dal nuovo Dipartimento di Scienze Giuridiche dell’Università del Salento, in qualità di unica tra gli agraristi italiani. Presenterà una relazione dal titolo "I rapporti tra diritto agrario e diritto ambientale: lo stato dell'arte".
Il Convegno nasce dalla volontà di un gruppo di giovani ricercatori, appartenenti a diversi settori disciplinari che spaziano dal diritto costituzionale e amministrativo al diritto internazionale e comparato, dalla sociologia del diritto al diritto privato. L’integrazione giuridica tra agricoltura e ambiente in una prospettiva di ricerca interdisciplinare è l'ambito in cui stata voluta e pensata l'articolata dinamica dei lavori.
